        刚在Light Reading读到新闻 Cisco Unveils the HFR ，看到有意思的地方，新的IOS XR是基于QNX的，当然，做了很多定制工作，不知道QNX傍上这么个大款能赚多少。

        IOS XR helps Cisco catch up in areas such as hot upgrades of software and separation of control, data, and management planes. The software is based on a kernel licensed from QNX Software Systems, but tailored for the job. “We have made some pretty substantial modifications to [the QNX code] that are Cisco proprietary”
